A workshop for women of all ages and backgrounds to rest, reflect and reconnect, hosted by Jolene Farren as part of Aspex’s COMMUNAL programme. The session combines guided meditation, seasonal reflection, gentle creative activities and shared conversation inspired by winter. Free to attend, with advance booking essential and places limited to 15 participants.
