About
A spa retreat with David "Jacko" Jackson featuring guided contrast therapy and breathwork, a 55-minute Hot and Cold Wellbeing treatment, lunch in Themis restaurant and spa access from 8am to 7pm. An optional overnight package includes accommodation, breakfast and spa access until 2pm on departure day. For ages 16+; some health conditions may make the experience unsuitable.
