About

A 90-minute candlelit retreat with Lotus Flower Sound Baths and Sound Sanctuary with Nicky. Includes festive tea, a cacao ceremony, guided meditation, a winter wish ritual, intention setting and a sound bath with crystal bowls, gong and chimes. A festive aromatherapy blend is included to take home. Bring warm layers, a blanket and cushion; no experience is needed. Inform organisers when booking if pregnant or taking medication, as cacao may not be suitable.
