Free four-week, face-to-face course for new parents and carers with their babies, exploring five building blocks for brain development: Respond, Cuddle, Relax, Play and Talk. Sessions include talk time, sensory activities and singing. Open to families registered with a Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting team, excluding Southampton, Portsmouth and Isle of Wight services. Spaces are limited.
