CTH-accredited culinary training with experienced chef tutors. Choose a four-week Essential Cookery Skills course for beginners aged 16+, or a twelve-week Professional Cookery Diploma for those with relevant qualifications or kitchen experience. Courses include hands-on cooking, restaurant kitchen visits and specialist training. Typical days run from 9am to around 4pm, with cooking starting at 10am.
