Feel better. Looking for Qigong or Tai Chi near Guildford or Godalming? Come and discover the quiet magic of Qigong with our lovely, welcoming Friday morning group in Shamley Green. Sometimes described as meditation in motion, Qigong combines gentle flowing movement, breath and mindful awareness to help ease stress and tension, improve flexibility and balance, and leave you feeling calmer, freer, more grounded and revitalised. Classes are small and friendly, with just eight places, so advance booking is essential. Beginners are always welcome. £15 single class Save £10 when you book a 4-Class Pass – £50 (£12.50 per class). The Jubilee Room is a beautiful light-filled space adjoining the church in Shamley Green, with its own clearly signposted entrance. Free parking is available in the church car park opposite.
