Silent Pool Gin & Albury Vineyard Perfect Pairings: A Taste of Honey

A delightful afternoon sampling Silent Pool Gin cocktails & Albury wines, paired with a selection of canapés and led by our wine and gin experts.

We meet in the tasting room of Albury Vineyard, home to the bees that make Albury honey, a key ingredient in Silent Pool Gin. Enjoy sampling their their award-winning Albury Estate sparkling wines.

Then it’s a short walk to the Silent Pool Distillery where we’ll explain how we use honey in our gin, and serve our exquisite honey themed cocktails.

All drinks are paired with delicious canapés.
