A six-mile walk from Thames Lock, following the towpath to Coxes Lock and continuing across Chertsey Meads to the Thames. Bring a packed lunch for a stop at Chertsey Bridge. Return by ferry from Shepperton Lock to Weybridge, at an additional cost. The route is mainly flat but includes rough ground and a bridge with steps. Waterproof footwear is recommended after rain.
