Annalisa Gioia leads a gentle sound bath with breathwork, guided meditation, intention setting and crystal quartz and Himalayan singing bowls, followed by quiet reflection and refreshments. For ages 16+. Arrive at 19:50 and bring a mat, pillow, blankets, comfortable clothes and water. A health questionnaire is required on arrival.
