Gentle Yoga Flow to start your day feeling refreshed and renewed. Learn how combining movement with your breath can help you to flow more freely in life and to feel more energised!
For all levels – beginners welcome. Modifications given for all poses.
A Guided Walk in the beautiful grounds of West Horsley Place. Learn some simple mindfulness techniques you can drop into your daily life to help you feel connected to the present and the natural world around you. Ending with a short Guided Meditation in nature.
Choose from a variety of Mindfulness Activities including nature-inspired Art, Creative Writing and Vision Boards.
End with a calming Restorative Yoga Session. Learn how to use props to support your body to be able to hold poses for longer to get into deeper relaxation and muscle release. A chance to really rest and relax.
