Paper puppet animation

Bring history to life, through the magic of animation, in this creative family workshop inspired by tales of the Raleigh family.

Take a tour of the manor house to hear the tale of Sir Walter Raleigh (a story which is not for the fainthearted!) before creating paper puppets dressed in Tudor finery. Once assembled with moving limbs, you will bring the puppets to life through stop-motion animation. This is a fantastic opportunity for families to explore history through art, storytelling, and animation together, while enjoying beautiful surroundings
